Default Does this seem like a good deal?

We have the opportunity to buy two weeks at the Ren (April and November) for $8500 total including closing costs. I understand it's fairly easy (other than maybe high season) to put the two weeks together, which would be best for us since we have to travel a long way. Thoughts?

Stan,
It's a great deal if you were to use the weeks the end of April.
You would pay the $60.00 exhange and that would be the end.

If you try to use the November week in the begining of April
they will not only charge you the exchange of $60. per week
but also $75.00 per night.

It all depends on what you are willing to spend.
For that kind of money you can use only one of the weeks
and rent another with no investment.

Thanks, Rocheles.

I'm trying to remember which weeks are designated high-season weeks? 48-16?

Stan,

High weeks are 1-15, 51 and 52.

Do you know what week in april that you are interested in?

Looking at weeks 17 and 45, neither of which are in high season. That's good.

Stan,

That is a wonderful deal. For $60. you can use the 2 weeks
at the same time if you choose. You can also use them
separate and pay nothing.

If you love Aruba, go for it.

Two week for 8500 is great! Some people pay that for one week. I would definitely jump on that deal.

Hi...wow..that is a great deal. Considering it is about $250 per week for closing costs, that would mean your $8500 - 500 = $8000 for 2 weeks!
That is only $4000 per week. That is a fabulous deal!!
Pretty much you can pay a small fee (I think it is either $50 or $75) and you can put the weeks together. Just contact Liliana early and the availability is most likely to be a sure thing.

For the past two years, I usually spend the last week in April and Thanksgiving week in Aruba and those are great months to go!

Go for it!!!

Wow - you got a great unit. It's ground floor right? The larger corner unit. A few years ago, I was in 2147.

It depends on the location of the Unit. Is it overlooking the parking lot or does it have an Ocean or Swimming pool view or both. Some end units are larger and have both an ocean and swimming pool view, Also what two weeks are you talking about?
