This 1 bedroom unit sleeps 4 people ... master bedroom with king bed and TV; living room with sleeper sofa and TV; kitchenette with 2 burner stove, 2 small refrigerator/freezers, microwave; dining area for 4; private balcony with a beautiful view. This larger unit easily accommodates a roll-away bed, if needed. Laundry room is located on same floor.

Rental Price: $1,600.00 Firm

Resort will charge $10.29 per night Occupancy Tax; no other fees

** For 2014 the Renaissance is not permitting internal exchanges for other weeks during high season.
