Default Bagpipes on the Beach

Strange thing happened to me. Mrs. 44 and Cousing of 44 and I were walking along Palm Beach after a lovely Sunday Brunch at the Hyatt. We heard the sound of bagpipes and progressing on, discovered a fellow playing bagpipes at the waters edge in front of the Playa Linda. Now, this was a first for me. I've heard plenty of bagpipes in the US, in Scotland, and a few other countries, but never in Aruba. I wanted to ask the man some questions, but he was in the middle of the music and did not want to interrupt. I snapped a few photos, one of which can be seen at this link:

You just never know what you'll see in Aruba. Keeps it fun. I wish I knew more about this guy. He probably has an interesting story.
