I am seeking the best spots and dishes for restricted diets including vegetarian and vegan but can also include gluten free and more.

I have been looking at menus online to see if my family can afford to go this year and I saw just a couple of vegitarian dishes at the cuban restaurant. Sorry though, I couldn't tell you more than that! Good luck - maybe you would get some ideas before you go by checking out the menus online!

most of the restaurants are very accommodating about serving veggie foods. my daughter was there one year and had no problem requesting and getting things. now vegan is another matter. that could be tough.

I checked with a colleague who is vegan.
He recommends: Cilo's in Renaissance Marketplace, Coco plum in the mainstreet, Casa Tua, Spirit of Aruba (Ierlandstraat), Albaraka in the mainstreet, The Italian restaurant in the mainstreet (don't know the name) The Kitchen next to the certified mall. |

I can also recommend Texas de Brazil. I have both veggie and vegan daughters and they both LOVE LOVE LOVE the salad bar there. Special pricing options for the non meat eaters.
I would figure Amazonia is similar. |
