L'Aquila Residences Eagle Beach
I just came back from Aruba last Saturday and arrived in snowny Toronto, just great!
 and noticed the sign at Eagle beach close to Levent, building new Condos called L'Aquila Residences. Anyone know anything about this project? Looks like it's going to be a nice Condo complex close to the Beach. Here is the linkhttps://www.laquilaresidences.com/home

Trying to remember but I think it's been on the books for awhile. The only new condo I know is actually being built is Azul; next to the Blue.

Good news going forward with this project. Developers have received there building permit. My unit is reserved! Ground breaking is 1st quarter of 2019 and this project will be one of a kind.
