Week 51 December 17 - 24 Suite 1319
Week 52 December 24 - 31 Suite 1319
Week 53 December 31 - January 7 Suite 1319



This wonderful unit features a King bed in the Master Bedroom, two beds in the 2nd BR as well as a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room (unit sleeps 6.) There also is a completely furnished kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room and walk-out balcony/patio.

All of the Presidential units have magnificent ocean/beach views.

The resort charges the user of this room roughly $20/day for taxes/energy surcharges, in addition to an environmental tax of $25 for the week at checkout, similar to hotel state & city tourist taxes at home.
