Linda I agree with you. Many members are not on Aruba forums or just bought resale so would not know when to pay. If the Riu starts foreclosure this could get "messy" Enough people have notified...

Yearly fees

Just a reminder that the yearly fees and assesment must be paid by Nov.30th. You have to pay even if you did not receive an invoice.

Has anyone received any info?

Just returned last night. The weather was perfect all week. Did not do AI-other service was fine. Beach was crowded ---water was Perfect!!!!!

Any floors above the 2nd will not have a balcony that you can sit on. There are a few on the 3rd floor but they do not face the ocean.

There are only a few that face the water. The 1st and 2nd floor are the only ones- The 1st floor you walk out-have a patio and then the beach. On the 2nd floor you would have a spiral staircase that...

Did you get the message I sent? It had the emails for 2 units that are for sale. These were both 2 bedroom. I have a list of those selling 1 bedroom units if you are interested.

If this is a timeshare unit room 271 would be one of the oceanfront units. You will be right on the beach with a great view of the ocean and have a nice patio.
Can't help if it is a hotel unit-sorry.

I would check for rates-you can get the car at the airport or off site location and have them pick it up at the Riu. I look for the best rate and 1 that will pick the car up. Try Optima or Tropic....

Having done the hotel room with 4 people-at the time a teenager-girl-and MIL-I would go for a timeshare. I think you should be able to find one for much less than $1500. Many sites to look on
