The phone number I have for U>S> Customs on the island is: 297-887240. Since the package was going to Aruba you might need Aruba Customs and I am sorry I don't have that.

Yes - there is a small shop after you pass thru luggage to purchase duty free items upon arrival to the island. It is to the right after luggage area.

There is a duty free shop to the right of the luggage area and they sell more than just liquor. From our experience they are open as long as planes are coming in.

We have always shopped ay Kong Hing and never had a problem finding matzoh, macaroons, etc. They even have matzoh from Holland in a small round box, orange in color, with the word "Hollandia" on it....
