The unit would be a 3rd floor studio.
It overlooks the shallow end of the Infinity pool.

Divi Phoenix Floorplans (The Villas)
These are the Villa's floorplans. There are 4 floors. 9, 2 bedroom units (until the Beach Villas at Divi Phoenix are complete, the only Phoenix full 2BR units).

Divi Phoenix Floorplans
The Tower Floorplan. At the resorts the signs for directions to units show
the first floor of units in the Tower are "5" (501 - 506). So the unit numbering would start with the "5" prefix and go on...

No work (as of August) was being done to the beach area adjacent
to the new buildings construction. I suspect such activities will not
