You have to purchase a block of time (10, 30 60 minutes) with an access code. I don't recall how much it was but it is amazing how fast the time goes so just get at least an hour.

We were there in mid-March and the computer stations were up and running. All nine. The wireless was not available because (we were told) the provider of the equipment was having financial problems...
