Clarification for Members

Dear Members..

In my retirement letter, dated June 08, 2006, I explained why I was
retiring as Chair of your Board, but continuing to complete the remaining
two years of my term, to provide continuity & counsel to the present
Administration & Management.

Contrary to false statements recently posted on the Costa Linda BB,
where I continue to be censored, I wish to clarify that I have no desire
or intent to become Chair again. My only interest is, & always has been,
Costa Linda, its employees & you Members. Yes, I do own 59 weeks.
But if I couldn't afford to pay the maintenance fees, whatever the
become, I would not have bought them in the first place.

I only wish to guide the Board & Management with my considerable
business & life experiences, following the Association Articles & ByLaws
