Looking for Kid Friendly Restaurants and Menus

Hi!
We are traveling the first week in July with our 3 kids (2 still eat from the kids menu) and staying at Marriott Surf Club.

I have looked at several menus on line and still am not able to tell which restaurants have kids menus and are children "friendly". We usually like to spend less than $30.00 pp on the adult menu side. We have eaten at Madame Janette's before and while it was fine for the two of us, would be too expensive with the kids.

Do you have suggestions on reasonably priced restaurants?

We are also looking for places that are within walking distance of our resort for breakfast and lunch (maybe a bakery, deli, pizza) from our resort. (We do have a car)

Also, does anyone know the pricing of Texas de Brazil or El Gaucho? The prices are not listed...

If any of the restaurants require reservations, do most people make them on line or calling when they arrive in Aruba? We are trying not to use our phone to avoid the international calling cost.
