Default Is Bully a Bully?

Someone had recommended a taxi driver to us for transportation during our 8 night stay in Aruba in September. His name is "Bully", which has nothing to do with his personality , and he is very knowledgable about his island.

He is also extremely dependable. Our luggage was delayed 45 minutes and we were not allowed out of customs. He was on the other side, and regardless, still waited for us. We used him for transportation to and from dinner every night during our entire trip.

This had been our 15th vacation on the island. While returning to the airport for our departure he took us on a tour of the island of the interior of the island. Unbelievable that in all those years, there were places we had never ever seen.

You may contact him at bullytaxi79@hotmail.com or see his business card and photos of him with our daughter at http://www.arubabound.com/transp/bully.htm

Can you tell me how much a cab ride is nowadays? I'm hearing that car rentals are at least $50.00 a day. Is that accurate?

We use Royal Car Rental http://www.arubaroyal.com/our_fleet.htm when renting a car. Their least expensive economy car is $35 a day. Right now during low season they are offering a 20% discount.

Have never paid more than $32./day for a car in over fifteen years. The price depends on the season and since we go to the island several times a year $32. is not alot of money. The $50. fee might be for a van.
