Default Accomodations

Hi all,

Can some of you describe the facilities in kitchen?

What is included regarding pots, appliances and plates etc...
I've look at pics of before and after the renovations and it looks like there was a 2 burner cooking top before and not anymore...
Not sure about the ventilation fan either.

I've also saw some interiors where there is a glass opening in the bedroom wall, some not.
Some had carpet other tiles flooring are those differences related to the bigger and smaller units?
Or between the hotel units and timeshare?

Tx.

Pierre

Picture with white cabinets is before renovation. 2nd & 4th floors do not have 2 burner cooktop (these are the "hotel" floors), nor do they have dishes, pots & pans, etc. The larger end units have solid bedroom wall, the other units have glass block. I know that some units have carpet & others tile, not sure if this is hotel vs TS, larger unit vs smaller unit, or maybe it's some other reason!!
My understanding is that you cannot buy floors 2 or 4. If an owner sells a unit on one of these floors, the new owner will get a different unit. (IMO totally unfair, especially to owners like me. We own 2nd floor larger end unit wks 7 & 8. Not that we ever plan to sell!)

Hi,
I am not sure as to what you are looking for.
The only difference between the end units and the other (smaller units)
is about 18" inches on all sides. They have 2 closets in the bedroom instead of 1.
Keep in mind that also when you are in one of the end rooms
you cannot see the pool or anything going on in the center.
You are looking directly at the Ocean. I guess I am nosy, I like to see
what's is going on. I am very happy with the smaller rooms.

The kitchen consists of 2 small refrigerators under the conter, small sink,
2 burner cooktop (no oven) coffeemaker, toaster, blender, pots and pans,
bowls, dishes, glasses, silverware and misc gadgets. There is enough for
4 guests per room. Anything that is missing, can be requested.

Either way, the Renaissance is the perfect location, I wouln't trade it
for any other resort. Just purchased 3 more weeks and I am very happy.

I was mainly looking to see if there still was a cooktop in the kitchen of the renovated rooms (the pictures go me worried a little)...
Thank you both for your valuable infos.

lynnen were moved to another floor or is it just valid for the next owner/buyer?
What happen if you're move to a smaller unit?
Will they adjust the maintenance fee? What a big deception it is to be moved like that...

No, they did not make us move. They bring everything in that the timeshare units have when we check in. The only thing we do not get (although I assume we could ask for) is the dining table, we have a desk instead but no big deal for us.
They tried to offer us other rooms, but they had nothing to offer that equaled ours (corner ocean front wks 7 & 8) until they finally agreed we should stay right where we are! The location & the larger room are important to us. We bought this room preconstruction giving alot of thought to where we wanted to be. We have never regretted our decision & everyone who have ever seen our unit agrees.
We absolutely have no intention of ever selling.
