Getting real close!
This time next week we'll be starting our 2 week vacation home hunting trip.
 Can't wait to get back to Aruba and relax and start looking at properties (not relaxing, but exciting). Have about 40 properties lined up with 5 realtors. Any ex pats who will be there and can get together let me know; would love to pick your brain.

Just getting done week one and have narrowed it down to 4 properties. Am scheduling a second viewing for our number one pick and hoping to make an offer.

It's official; we're going to be the proud owners of a 2 BR condo at the Oceania!
Just got the word that the sellers accepted our offer. Settlement should be in March or April and we can't wait!

Did meet with Miriam and she was one of the better agents we met with. Unfortunately, she only had a 3 BR at Oceania. It was GORGEOUS, but way too big space and $$ wise.

Booked the flight for settlement the week of 3/25. Can't wait!
Will be spending January, February & March there; will be available for rent the rest of the year.

Leaving tomorrow morning for settlement on Tuesday!!
Staying at the Trop Sunday & Monday and Tuesday night we're in the condo!! Can't wait; will be booking our flights for January soon; last winter in Jersey.

It's official!!
Spending our first night in the unit. Took most of the day getting things unpacked, figuring out where we'll be putting stuff and getting the printer & office phone set up (I'll be working from there and got a new VOIP system in the office. Tomorrow going to get our personal numbers (so we can get the car in January) and then it's off to Price Smart and a few other stores to look for stuff we didn't bring (assuming it doesn't take all day in the tax office). Nice to be home!
