Unhappy rain

Will be arriving on Mon the 13th, looked at 10 day forcast am worried, it looks like rain everyday. Are these just quick showers or should I be concerned. Have been to Aruba before but never in Oct.

michelle...just heard from someone that is on the island now...we left last Saturday and it has been raining ever since, with the prediction that it will rain until next Tuesday. So sorry for the bad news...but things can change and the weather can change on a dime, so think positive thoughts and have a ball.

obviously your there now...and unfortunately there is a huge storm over the ABC islands! Hopefully it will move out quickly for all of you there now!!! Watch out for those floods! Scared the crappers out of my one trip when I decided to take the bus to the supermarket early one morning with one of my daughters! Never saw soooo much water in one place!

We just returned last Sunday and this was my first experience with so much rain! Not just a sprinkle, it was hours with the loudest Thunder I've ever heard. The weird part was that there was no breeze all week, even when the sun came out.

Not complaining though. I'd rather spend a rainy day in Aruba than any other place

Thats quite normal with a tropical storm...its sucks up all the great trade winds!

We experienced some wopper storms with also the loudest Thunder I ever heard and the most amazing lightening! You can't help but watch out your terrace door regardless of the hour!!! (Usually happened overnight for us)
