Default Phoenix Beach Question

I was just wondering if they have expanded the Phoenix beach and added any palapas with the new construction?

While the beach area has not changed there where some new palapas added.
They were thatching the "roof" of these while we were on the beach there the
first week of August. Additionally, some 100+ new beach chaise lounge chairs were
being put out.

Did that add the Palapas to the original beach area or on the other side of the jetty?

The palapas were added to the existing beach front.
No work (as of August) was being done to the beach area adjacent
to the new buildings construction. I suspect such activities will not
commence until at least the "A" building is being occupied.

Good question. Maybe first quarter of 2008? Too many uncontrolled variables (imo) for
Divi to project a completion date with a high confidence value.

I have it in my head they were originally talking about occupancy in the fall of 2007. Does that sound about right? If it is, and your estimate is right, they're no doing too bad. Especially since when we were there last November they only seemed to have a handful of guys working!

Yes, end of 2007... The Divi Website still states:
"The project will be built in a single phase construction process with completion scheduled for late 2007."
