2022 Renaissance Special Assessment
I don't know how active this site is, but I want to reach out to all Renaissance Ocean Suites owners who may not be on Facebook. The Renaissance has plans to completely change the nature of the timeshare rooms and convert them into basically hotel rooms with a horrible design. The color scheme is a frantic mix of pinks with touches of green and even a flamingo head lamp coming out of the wall. They also plan to charge a special assessment of over $1,000 to do this. We have formed an owner's association to fight this and have hired an attorney.
