Are there any bars where someone can go and have a drink and a good cigar
without anyone complaining about the smoke?

My dad always likes to go to the Hyatt outside bar at night for a nightcap, some live music and his "nice" cigar. They sell them at the bar.

I think Tracey's got the right idea - anyone complaining about someone smoking while outdoors is just looking for something to complain about. There are plenty of outdoor bars to choose from, so not to worry...and I agree, ask and Amy shall guide you!
