We won't use one of our Renaissance Ocean Suites TS week in 2012.
(Still, we will be on the island if you ever need anything...)
In consequence it can be yours...

Week 12, March 23-30, 2012 (Friday to Friday)
Price: $1295 ($185/night)
Rental prices is not negociable. Thank you.

Rental is for one of the larger oceanfront end unit.

The only thing to add on top of the rental fee is the $10.28/night Occupancy Tax.

Rental is for a full 1 Bedroom unit.
Maximum occupancy is 4 persons.

Amenities includes: Master Bedroom with a King bed, living room with sleeper sofa, 2 stoves top, 2 small fridge, 2 color TV's, private balcony, laundry room.

I'm a VERY honest and serious owner.

An exchange can be accomplish if there is availability for a $60 per week transfer fee.
