Resort is well-maintained. Two pools, beach and full access to the private Renaissance Island via motor boat shuttle where you will find beautiful beaches, open-air dining, water sports. Just outside the resort's door you will find many restaurants, shopping and 2 casinos.

Rental price is $950.00

Selling Price is $4,800.00. Maintenance fee for 2012 was $664 and is current. Buyer pays resort $250.00 transfer fee directly to Renaissance. No other fees involved whatsoever.
