Timeshare rental needed week 52

Looking to rent a timeshare for week 52, possibly two units if available.

I have a few situations available for week 52 rentals.

I have two 2 bedroom 3 bath duplex penthouse units at the new Beach Villas at the Phoenix. The rate is $5500 each unit. These are the best units at the resort and have full ocean and pool views and are right on the beach.

I also have a couple of 1 bedroom oceanview units at the Marriott Ocean Club for 12/27-1/3 and 12/26-1/2. These units rent for $3750 per unit. I also have oceanfront units for the same dates, but for additional costs.

I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath at Caribbean Palm Village for $1,400.00 a week for week 52 Sat to Sat.
