Our family is a longtime owner at this Oceanfront Resort. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are offering for rent/sale our weeks in January thru April. Wks. 3, 4, 6, 9, 10 & 12 are no longer available for rent in 2021. We still have Wks. 1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 11, 13, 14 & 15 available. All of our units are 2BR, 2 Bath Presidential suites. Rental prices range from $1,775 - $2,725.

Should you wish to purchase a week and it has already been rented, first use would not take place until the following year. Sales prices range from $10,000 - $25,000. Multi-week discounts available and All Reasonable Offers Considered!

All of our suites have magnificent ocean/beach views and can accommodate up to six. They feature a King bed in the Master Bedroom, twin beds in the 2nd BR (can be connected to make a king) as well as a queen size sleeper-sofa in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen for six, Living Room, Dining Room and walk-out balcony/patio.

The resort charges the occupant of each unit at checkout, approximately $21/day in Aruban taxes, fees, energy surcharges and environmental taxes. This is similar to the state/county/local taxes we pay when renting a hotel/motel room in the states.
